Public Services

Notaries

Consular Officers may perform several types of notarial services similar to a notary public in the United States.  Examples include affidavits, powers of attorney, certification of translation, certification of true copy, etc. Notarials cost $30 USD for the first service (seal) and $20 USD for each additional service (seal) during a single visit.  Payment is accepted in US dollars or Central African francs (CFA). 

These services are provided Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30-11:30.  An original photo ID is required for a notarial service.
